At a glance

Situation

This is an in-house project, initiated to support the efforts of our Business Development team. This project was also thought to be a “sibling” of the Climate Hero Club, in terms of tone and colors.

In sales, teams often report a significant amount of time spent looking for leads and repetitively drafting messages for similar purposes. That is why ReachRobin was created: to automate the process and source better qualified leads, in order to free up time for more meaningful tasks.

Insights

This app cannot be yet another Sales software in an already crowded market. It is also not just another AI assistant.

Making the app seem attractive, accessible and easy to use was the top priority.

About the mascot

The assistant is thought to be the Robin to a Sales Batman, the trusted buddy.

The name of the app is an alliteration: outReach – Robin, which makes it easy to remember and also happens to be a known trope in comics. The character’s true identity hasn’t been revealed, duh!

The little buddy was designed to have dynamic and friendly characteristics. The intention was for the user to create some sort of attachment to him, which should make using the app every day more enjoyable.

Offered Solution

Creative Intent

On top of creating a friendly sidekick, the interface is made as simple as possible, easing up the working process for any type of user.

The voice of the sidekick is intentionally informative with a little bit of playfulness here and there.

Outcome

The logo embraces its playful superhero/technology vibe.

The dashboard has been made public in the 1st quarter of 2026. The feedback is pretty positive so far.

*The design is not fully implemented yet but the app is fully functional.
